PROJECT MANAGER

The Opportunity

Yates Desygn is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team.

As a newly created position, the Project Manager will be the architect of efficiency and precision in our project delivery process. We believe in giving our team the autonomy to innovate, structure, and streamline project workflows. This isn't just about managing projects; it's about crafting a seamless and optimized workflow for our team. 

You'll have the freedom to introduce and implement your ideas and introduce new tools, shaping the future of how we bring design dreams to life. This role isn't bound by convention; it's an open canvas for you to automate and structure our processes, creating a more efficient and delightful experience for our team and clients.

The Role

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end project management process, including scheduling, deliverables, FFE procurement, vendor relations, and coordination of client’s existing home’s as-builts. This is an in-person full-time position.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders will ensure seamless project delivery. Your role will involve managing project timelines, team deliverables, and ensuring a smooth workflow from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and creative environment.

Responsible For

  • Managing all client & team projects

  • Scheduling (Projects, Product Knowledge, Team Deliverables & resources) 

  • Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment Procurement

  • Ensuring all projects adhere to our established processes & standards

  • Builder Relations and Deliverables

  • Vendor Relations and damaged goods management

  • Coordination of home’s as-builts

Salary & Benefits

  • $60,000 - $75,000 DOE

  • Monthly Insurance contribution of $200

  • 2 weeks PTO (after 6 months of employment)

  • 2-week additional paid seasonal break (Spans Christmas and New Year’s Day)

  • 8 Calendar Holidays PTO

Minimum requirements

  • Extensive experience with industry-standard project management tools

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Experience in negotiating & liaising with vendors

  • Client facing experience

  • Microsoft 365 experience

  • Gantt Chart Building 

  • Automation experience preferred (within native tools or Zapier etc)

  • Studio Designer/ DesignDocs experience desirable

  • 5+ years in a project management role
