What Is LGBTBE Certification?
LGBTBE certification is a national designation awarded by the National LGBTQ+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) to businesses that are independently owned, operated, and controlled by LGBTQ+ individuals.
Established in 2002, the NGLCC is the largest LGBTQ+ business advocacy organization in the world, supporting a network of more than 2,800 certified businesses, nearly 450 corporate partners, and over 70 affiliate chambers across the United States and internationally. The certification process includes a detailed review designed to verify ownership and leadership while connecting certified businesses to a broader network of educational, professional, and economic opportunities.
For Yates Desygn, becoming a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise® (Certified LGBTBE®) represents an important milestone in our continued growth as a studio. It reflects our commitment to building a business rooted in authenticity, community, and meaningful relationships, values that have shaped the way we work from the very beginning.

Since founding Yates Desygn, Bryan and I have focused on creating meaningful, distinctive spaces shaped by experience, taste, and lifestyle.
