Located in the Dallas Design District, we envisioned the space as more than a traditional design office. We created an experiential environment where our clients and designers can come together to collaborate, explore ideas, experience materials, and engage with our approach to design firsthand.
We approached The Studio with the same level of intention, customization, and craftsmanship that we bring to each of our residential projects. Every element was thoughtfully considered to balance sophistication with warmth and to create an environment that inspires creativity while remaining comfortable and inviting. Custom-designed details can be found throughout the space, including our Yates Desygn custom conference room table, which serves as a centerpiece for presentations, material reviews, and creative collaboration. Our custom bar creates another natural gathering place, reflecting our belief that beautifully designed spaces should encourage people to connect, entertain, and linger.
Art is an essential part of how we create layered, personal interiors, and The Studio is no exception. Through our collaboration with The Collector House, we selected artwork that brings individuality, depth, and a collected sensibility to the space. Furnishings, materials, lighting, architectural details, custom elements, and art come together to create an environment that feels distinctly Yates Desygn.
More than a showcase of our aesthetic, The Studio represents the way we approach every project. We begin by understanding how a space needs to function, how our clients want to live within it, and, most importantly, how they want it to feel. From there, we create a highly individualized design in which every decision contributes to a larger vision.
For us, The Studio is the physical expression of what Yates Desygn does best: understanding the unique needs of every space and every client, thoughtfully designing the experience around them, and customizing each detail to create an exceptional result executed to the highest standards.
