This dated, dark University Park home has been transformed into a sophisticated, Parisian-inspired retreat in the heart of Dallas. The cramped downstairs was opened to allow for an expanded kitchen featuring reeded wood cabinetry and a striking custom, black steel range hood. In the primary bathroom, the Yates Desygn team utilized a grey-toned porcelain slab on the countertops and shower walls to ensure the clients never worry about the stone staining. The powder bath infuses whimsy into the home with a delightful Schumacher wallpaper and a graphic stone countertop. In the study, the original cabinetry was transformed with Sherwin-Williams paint in Green Black, allowing the oversized pendant to stand out.
