Recognized for Restoration Excellence in Dallas
Yates Desygn was selected as the regional winner for Restoration or Renovation in the Dallas + Fort Worth market for our Deeply Rooted project.
This full-scale renovation transformed a traditional Dallas residence into a warm, modern, Scandinavian-inspired home. The clients approached us with a clear intention: to design their forever home. From that very first conversation, we knew this project was about creating a space that honored their lifestyle, their art collection, and their future.
What began as a typical suburban structure was completely reimagined with a clean-lined kitchen, curated vintage furnishings, and architectural interventions that brought in natural light and simplicity. Every space was thoughtfully reconsidered to support both the intimate rhythm of daily life and the larger narrative of home.
