We are thrilled to share that Yates Desygn has been selected as one of the designers for Kips Bay Dallas 2025.
Now in its sixth year, the celebrated Kips Bay Decorator Show House brings together leading design firms to reimagine a luxury Dallas residence, transforming it into a one-of-a-kind showcase of creativity, craft, and design innovation.
This announcement is especially meaningful for our team, as we previously participated in Kips Bay Dallas 2021. Returning to this nationally recognized platform is an honor, and we cannot wait to unveil our new vision later this fall.
A Creative Space Without Limits
Unlike traditional projects, Kips Bay Show Houses do not have a client brief. This gives Yates Desygn the rare opportunity to design a space that is 100% us—a chance to explore bold ideas we’ve long wanted to bring to life, and to create something immersive and memorable for the entire industry to experience.
It’s a moment to step outside the day-to-day and highlight what drives us as designers: artistry, curiosity, and the pursuit of beauty that balances imagination with purpose.
Supporting a Greater Cause
Kips Bay Decorator Show House is more than a design event. Since its Dallas debut in 2020, the show house has become a premier design tradition in the region, extending the legacy of the legendary New York showcase that has inspired the industry for the past 50 years.
Proceeds benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club in New York, an organization that serves more than 11,000 young people in the Bronx. The Dallas edition also supports The Crystal Charity Ball and Dwell with Dignity, two nonprofits dedicated to improving the lives of children and families across Dallas County.
We’re proud to take part in an initiative that not only celebrates extraordinary design but also uplifts communities through service and philanthropy.

Collaboration with Sponsors & Vendors
Another highlight of Kips Bay Dallas 2025 is the opportunity to collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and artisans. From furniture manufacturers to fabric houses, builders, and artists, these partnerships bring depth and richness to the final design.
This collaboration mirrors what happens in client projects, yet here, it unfolds in a purely creative space, where innovation and craftsmanship come together without boundaries.
