Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse 2025 Dallas Curated Collection

A Curated Expression of Craft and Detail

The Kips Bay Dallas 2025 Curated Collection brings together the custom furnishings, artwork, and accessories created and sourced for our Show House space. Each piece reflects the thoughtful craftsmanship, material integrity, and layered aesthetic that define Yates Desygn. From sculptural tables and handwoven rugs to bespoke details and one-of-a-kind finds, every item tells a story of collaboration and design intention – available for purchase or commission through our studio.

The Vitrail Table

Designed to marry function with art, this custom Solid Rift White Oak top coffee table reimagines scale, form, and light.

Its perforated surface draws inspiration from New York’s iconic sidewalk grates, filtering color through interchangeable brass caps and stained-glass inserts. The sculptural, guitar-pick shape rests at an elevated 18 inches, supported by movable legs for adaptable balance.

A hand-blown vase, created with Carlyn Ray Design, pierces the table’s surface – anchoring the piece as both furniture and artwork.
